When will I be able to access my server?

Once you have registered and made your payment, your servers are instantly created and all information including your server’s IP and control panel login information is emailed to you when the order is completed. If you want to change your password for the SeekaHost Client Area, log in to your SeekaHost Client Area. Then under your name select “Change Password”. You can change the password now, just ensure you save it.

How can I change my Multicraft Password?

If you ever want to change your password for the Multicraft Control Panel, you can do it very easily within the Game Control Panel.

First log in to the Game Control Panel. Then under “admin” select “Account Security”. You can change your password now.

What is your server’s uptime?

How do I cancel my PayPal Subscription?

To cancel your subscription, you will first need to log into the PayPal account that the subscription was set up with. (This is not something you can do from the SeekaHost client area, you must go to the PayPal website to login.)

Once you have logged into your PayPal account, you will open your PayPal Profile by clicking the gear in the top right corner of the page.

On your profile, click on the “Payments” tab. Under “Manage Upcoming Payments”, you need to click on “Preapproved Payments”.

On the Preapproved Payments page you will see a list of all Preapproved Payments and subscriptions set up under that PayPal account. Under the Merchant heading, you will need to find the subscription labeled as SeekaHost Ltd. and click on the name.

On this subscription page under subscription details click the cancel button. A window should pop up and ask you to confirm that you want to cancel the subscription and you should click cancel profile to confirm.

At this point you have canceled your PayPal subscription and you will receive a confirmation at the top of the page.

Do I need to forward my port for my server?

Absolutely not! We offer you an easy way to get started on your server with very little technical knowledge required. We will send you the IP and Port combination that you will enter into the launcher which will work without any additional configuration.

How do I access the Minecraft Game Control Panel?

Once you have received the confirmation email of your purchase, you can log in to our Gaming servers here: https://www.seekahost.co/.

Our Minecraft Control Panel offers full access to your Server Control Panel, where you as a user can manage everything that happens on the server.

Using your own world, modifying your server's configuration files, and turning on / off the server any time you wish are some of the functions the panel can provide.

After your purchase, you will notice that a new product is active in your product list, located in your Client Area at - https://portal.seekahost.co/clientarea.php.

In My Dashboard, select Services. Click on the service that you would like to use. And click on "Login to Control Panel". Use your Control panel login details that were sent to your email. You have now access to your whole control panel. What kinds of server versions are available?

You can use any jar that you want. Get any Minecraft Version from here: https://mcversions.net/. You also have full FTP access to your server to add and remove jars as you would like. 

Can I use multiple plugins in my server?

Yes, you can use Bukkit for example. And we provide full access to your server so you can add and remove plugins yourself.

Can I cancel my service at any time?

We provide the best game servers for Minecraft players but if for any reason you want to cancel our services, then speak to our team before cancelling your package. If you would like to cancel your service, please log into your client area and go to My Dashboard and select Services. Click on the service you would like to cancel. And click on “Request Cancellation” to cancel your service.

How can I find my server IP?

To find your server’s IP you can log into the game control panel. There you will see your IP address under “Connection Info” in the format of IP:PORT. For example: 199.192.122.144:25712. Enter this address and the port together into your game client and you will be able to connect. Please make sure you include the IP and PORT when connecting.

Can more servers be added to my existing account?

Yes, to add more servers you must log into your client area and under the service tab select “order new services”. Then select the package that you want to add and click on “order now”. The same process applies then as described in the sections above on how to set up your new servers.

Why are Minecraft Java and Bedrock different from each other?

Minecraft currently has two different versions of the game. The original Minecraft was written in Java and is now referred to as Minecraft: Java Edition which is mostly for PC. This is the most common version found on our servers and has the best support for mods, plugins and customization. Minecraft was formerly known as Minecraft: Bedrock Edition and was built on the language C and is used for The Windows 10 edition, Xbox, mobile and more.
